Having been part of the cabin crew fraternity ourselves, we understand the problems encountered by both passengers and crew. We were fed up with the tatty and poor quality paper tags which are provided as standard.We decided to venture into the business of creating a choice of customised, high quality luggage tags and have rapidly established ourselves as the leading provider in the market.

Our products are designed to withstand the grind of gruelling travel itineraries and over eager handling. Our unique 'Metal Tags' are made using a tough, crystal clear polyurethane coating over a thick but light aluminium plate. Tough, colourfast and waterproof, they have been specifically designed for the wear and tear of a lifetime of travel.  

Personalised and customised products. 

We offer personalisation of our durable, well known and super-strong luggage tags. You can now design your own tags in our new 'design your own' facility or for a small fee, just send us your design and let us do the hard work for you.  

Here in our studio, we at Koolkrew are always striving to find a product that is not only well designed and useful but also exclusive to you. We have recently launched our 'Digital Tags' and our APP platform. With your own design on the front and our NFC and QR technology embedded at the reverse, you'll never have to fear losing your luggage again.

At the service of travellers.  

You don't need to work in the travel industry (be air crew) to buy from us. Our wide range of products cover all the needs of travellers.  We can personalise locks for your luggage, straps too. Another unique product from Koolkrew is our range of fantastic real leather passport covers. These are handmade and stitched in our studio here in London.

In fact, you don't even need to be travelling to benefit from our products. We can supply customised lanyards and badge reels (great for conferences etc), personalised key rings, phone covers, t-shirts, shoe bags, wallets and countless other goodies.
